About

I’m a Computer Science student at the University of Georgia pursuing a New Media Certificate. My interests are centered on networking, systems administration, IT infrastructure, and the hardware and software that keep organizations connected.

Through my roles with UGA Transportation and Clarke County School District, I have gained hands-on experience troubleshooting devices, communication systems, connectivity problems, and end-user technology. I enjoy understanding how systems work, identifying why they fail, and helping restore them reliably.

Student Electronics Technician

  • Maintain and troubleshoot AVL, video surveillance, radio communication, and onboard computer systems across a fleet of more than 90 campus transit vehicles.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues and document repairs to support maintenance tracking and system reliability.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs with the fleet supervisor and technician team to restore system functionality and minimize service disruptions.

Student Support Technician

  • Provide technical support to students and staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with configuring, maintaining, and deploying computers, classroom technology, and other district devices.
